Terms & conditions for SHAPE.SMART spa competition

• By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
• In the event of a discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the competition notice, the competition notice will prevail.
• Goldshield Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or these
  terms and conditions at any time without notice.
• Any changes will be posted within these terms and conditions.
• The winning prize will be £500 worth of vouchers to be spent at a spa of
  your choice.
• Prize winners will be notified by email within one week of the closing
  date of each competition.
• Prize is not to be used in conjunction with any other special offer/promotion.
• Travel not included.
• All entrants must be 16+ and residents of the UK. Employees, families or
  agents of Goldshield Ltd or its associated companies are not eligible to enter
  the competition.
• Competition entries must be made in accordance with the rules before 11.59pm
  on the eve of each prize draw.
• The prize will be drawn on the 1st of every month from the 1st January 2010.
  The final prize draw will take place on the 1st December 2010. Judges decision
  is final.
• If a competition winner fails to respond to correspondence and fails for
  whatever reason to claim their prize within 28 days of receipt, Goldshield Ltd
  and its associated companies are entitled to select an alternative prize winner.
• Goldshield Ltd may substitute any prize for a prize of similar nature or value.
• There is no cash alternative to prize and no prize is refundable or transferable.
  Goldshield Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for any lost, damaged or
  incomplete entries and all such entries will be recorded as invalid.
• Proof of despatch will not be proof of entry.
• Only entries received in accordance with the rules will be accepted.
• Prize winners agree to take part in further promotional activity at Goldshield Ltd's
  request and consent to their name, image and location being published for the
  purposes of the competition and promoting Goldshield Ltd and its business.
• By entering into a free prize draw, you agree to receive information about products or offers that we believe may be of interest to you and you agree that this does not infringe your rights under the Telecommunications (Data Protection and Privacy) regulations 1999.
• You may notify us at any time if you no longer wish to receive this information.
