Example fat content guidelines:
High e.g. sausage roll, slice of pizza, full fat cheese on toast, chips, packet of peanuts, bag of crisps, slice of chocolate cake, biscuits, double cream
Medium e.g. boiled egg, grilled bacon, roast chicken without the skin, a couple of squares of chocolate
Low e.g. low fat cream cheese, grilled fish, salad, low fat yogurt
