Learn more about EATERtypes

Why was it developed?

Photo Woman Eating Research of 10,000 British people conducted by SHAPE.SMART™ revealed that just 16 per cent have managed to achieve sustainable weight loss from following a diet.

The EATERtypes approach is based on the understanding that one size does not fit all and that people prefer different foods at different times and in different quantities.

Does it work?

Prior to launch, the EATERtypes assessment was trialled by 1,000 British adults who want to lose weight, with nine out of ten people describing the result as very useful and accurate to their perceived eater personality
