12 Week Exercise Plan

The first four weeks are designed to gradually build up both your fitness level and also healthy lean muscle tissue, while the second phase aims to increase your work-out expenditure, build your cardio fitness and speed up your metabolism. Phase III is designed to build on the fitness you have already achieved and ensure you are getting the recommended amount of moderate weekly exercise. Try to continue your regime past week 12, alternating 'easy' and 'hard' weeks of exercise.
